Good protein source, very sweet.
This 4 protein blend is good for those looking for a low sugar high protein hit after a workout. A bit cheaper than the whey protein concentrate, isolate blends. Very fine powder and no problem mixing in a shaker. Just too sweet for my taste. If DY Nutrition just turned down on the sweeteners, this would to an even better product
