MIG-130 Welder

Finally used this welder. Great little set up. I have welded for years but only at work. Bought this for a home set up. It runs fine on my 2800 watt generator. Does not overload it. Makes nice welds. Has plenty of power for what I’d use it for. It really is underrated. It’s a performer. Works really good. It was really a good buy. Easy to set up and use. I have a stick welder also, but prefer the wire feed weld for a lot of jobs. Just what I’m used to I suppose. Buy it you won’t regret the purchase. I wish I had bought this a long time ago. Little welders have come a long ways. This is a gem in hiding.

This small staff works amazingly! The price is great, the shipping was fast, and the machine is really nice! My first project was to take out broken bolts. It was easy peasy!

Quality and Value; the welder itself is a little beast I rate it 5 stars. I'm very impressed what you can do with this little beast. 3/16 no problem at all it runs hot, great penetration 22 gauge welds as nice as you could ask for. Price... no way can you go wrong at this price. I ran the wire that comes with the package, even that worked decent. A better grade wire would be a step up in creatIng cleaner welds. Mig gun is bottom line quality but works. I ran perfect beads with it. Ground clamp will need replacement. ( but it works ok out of the box ) Handy, you can slide under the truck and weld away. It's small, lite,easy to move around. The accessory package that comes with this welder will need an upgrade. That's why I gave a 4 star review. Longevity, we'll see?

UPDATE. I HAVE USED THE HELL OUT OF THIS THING AND IT'S REALLY IMPRESSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.. WELDS BETTER THAN A MILLER 120 VOLT.. Have only tested this but was pretty impressed on how good it welded. It definitely is not gonna take a lot of abuse.. but if you take care of your stuff I imagine it will be around awhile. It welded really nice up to 3/16" so far, I'm sure it will do 1/4.. it's no speed demon but makes mobile welding easy. It's light and easy to use. Lead is cheap but works well. Sounds like just a basic micro switch in the trigger if it every needs replaced.. the sync option seems to work ok and good for ppl who have trouble with adjusting... For the money you can't really complain ... you'll pay for this thing in 1 or 2 jobs.. oh although I haven't tested it yet duty cycle is higher than my fancy name brand transformer welder.... Downside which has nothing to work this product is Amazon doesn't know what they are doing. Shipping... It said be here tomorrow, then it said delayed not shipped, then it said be here by same day by 10pm, then it said now arriving tomorrow, then it said delayed not shipped again... So I tried to cancel and it said can't cancel shipment being prepared.. so I opened chat with Amazon and they said basically they don't know where it is.. "THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS.... BUT CAN'T CANCEL BECAUSE SHIPMENT IS BEING PREPARED"!!!! WTH? so I ordered another one, plus a bigger welder to try and exact same thing happened with that both those orders... So if you can get one of these to your door... I'm sure you'll be happy with it.... UPDATE.... I FORGOT TO ADD... PACKING NEEDS TO BE BETTER... WHEN MINE FINALLY ARRIVED THE POWER CORD WHERE THE GROMMET IS GOING INTO THE WELDER WAS SMASHED THROUGH THE BOX AND STICKING OUT ... NOT DAMAGED BUT PACKING IS NOT GOOD FOR THIS ITEM...

Well, my little flux core welder finally died after a dozen years or so and I had to replace it, and I decided to get this one. This little welder is absolutely fantastic! I have burned about half a spool so far but it does really good for a 110 flux core welder. I am truly surprised at the welds this thing puts down, not just for me, 30 years experience, but my son who has about 15 minutes experience. I will be getting a 175 aluminum from these guys as well this afternoon. I love this little guy. And under 10 lbs with spool installed. Also, these welds are coming from a power inverter in my work truck, but that is pretty much irrelevant because it's a 3k watt .. but It definitely makes for an easy portable welding solution.

I bought this welder because it was affordable. Even though it was 110v and we have 220v here. I had planned to convert it to 220v which I did successfully and that didn't take any extra parts. Just had to change the way in primary rectifier and big filter capacitors were arranged. In a 110v configuration the the rectifier and caps are wired as a voltage doubler, so in essence for those who use it with 110v, the output of the rectification is actually 220v which then powers the rest of the circuitry. So all I did was change that to a ordinary full wave rectification arrangement. After all that I tested with a series lamp and before that I thoroughly checked the rewiring and used compressor air to clean it up together with some thinner to clean up the solder flux. This welder blew my mind on the very first weld which I did on a 18G sheet metal. Then I lowered the setting and tried on 26G (even thinner) sheet metal and to my surprise if you're careful enough didn't blow any holes. Then I tried on a 10mm thick piece positioned in a right angle. That weld came out extremely strong. The manual say it's good up to 4mm thickness but I found out different. I totally impressed and don't think I'll ever go back to arc welding for this welder can cater for all my diy works around the house, in my truck and all fab job. Recommended for anyone even if absolute beginner.

Works very good. Small so don't take up space and easy to pack around. Definitely worth the money..

Great for welding, but the motor for the wire feed quit working. Don’t know if there is a motor replacement.

Works really good I can do nice welding beads with it. was little loose when I got it but other than that no problems.

La maquina esta excelente para su precio, no se soldar y en un dia ya podia hacer tiras de soldadura, esta ideal para quien inicia ya que es mucho mas facil que la de electrodo, los extras no estan tan buenos pero al menos te permiten iniciar hasta adquirir unos mejores. 100% satisfecho

Well worth the money it works great for small an medium jobs
