the phone has to be in a exact postion and it doesnt say fast charging on the phone when connected to the Samsung OEM fast charging wall brick

I have this for my s8+ and it charges fine but does not fast charge no matter what possition i put the phone in

I had a faulty one to start with, but seller replaced very quickly. The device is excellent, charges very quickly and at a low temperature. The fan is very very quiet, so unless you're sleeping next to it a silent room you will not notice it.On top is this the seller is fast and friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough.
