Very nice. Bigger than expected. I did not need to order the 28 inch. 21 inch is perfect for long weekends. Nice and sturdy. Just as described.

Great piece of luggage. Held enough for one person for an 8 day East Coast trip. Fit fine in the overhead compartment.

Bought for my son. He loved the looks. Light weight and quality seems nice. Even the airport employees commented on loving the penguin.

Its a good overall product. Spacious and sturdy. HHoweverIt is not 21” it is almost 23”When I measured it I got 22.75 from wheels to handle. 9.75 deep. 14.75 wide.As far as carry on requirements go for US domestic flights:It may make in as a carry on for US domestic flights and it may not.It depends on the airline and how strict they may be when it comes to carry on size.So i feel like this will likely end up being a checked in bag. (In that case I think its good, if you like the cute big penguin)But for us we did not want to take the chance. it also looks bulky because of the corners so I can see airline personnel questioning the size to see if requirements are met for carry on.So grateful to Amazon for the easy return process. Very nice luggage! Is very strong and comfortable, the wheels are very strong too!

Not exactly as pictured. I was hoping it would match the 29” Clive. The outside has more texture and the inside is not the same stripe pattern shown. It’s still nice, just not like the picture.
