Update: Got the matching Twinples, the playmat, and both expansion packs. All I can say is: if you think this game is boring, you’re not playing it right.Lovely strategy game where players support the captains or team up against them, and everyone takes turns at being the captain. The better you are at bluffing, the higher your chances of winning. Beautiful graphics, compact, and easy to get the hang of. It’s best played in groups of 3 or 4. My 6yo daughter loves it. We play it every day. Planning to buy the Twinples figurines and the official mat too. I laminated these cards so they’d last, but I think they’d also fit regular card sleeves.Instructions are in English and French.

This game is quite simple, but changes every time you play. A great game that takes up to 30mins to play. Thoroughly enjoyable and easy. Highly recommended for groups of 4

The game itself was really fun and a great hit with my children aged 9 and 12, and even my partner enjoyed the game. It struck a really nice balance between a very original game style and still being relatively simple and easy to get the hang of.We had to find and print out instructions in English because the game we were supplied by Amazon was unexpectedly sent in French. We could have struggled along with the French rules, but it was much better for us to get the English language rules. If it had not been so close to Christmas, we would have returned the game to request and English rule book. Thankfully none of the game components have any written language on them so it isn't a major problem.

This a great game of risk and gambling. The theme is inconsequential, although the art is beautiful and has drawn comments from various members of my family.It's quite light, although I imagine if you were the serious type there is a lot of maths and memorisation in there too.When I'm playing with my whole household it's now on the list of things we're all happy to play. Can't say fairer than that!

This produce was misleading as the images show English on the box but the game rule book was not in English. Still a good game and the English rules are online.

I played this game first at a local games club and enjoyed the experience, it is fairly hard to come by so finding a copy on Amazon was great a little more than RRP but worth it,Celestia is a card and dice game of bluff with some luck thrown in, its art will blow you away,it has a build it yourself cardboard airship, wooden pawns. A huge deck of event cards and custom dice. Island tiles look wonderful, if a XL version of this game were available I would most certainly buy it!
