Wish I knew about this product sooner. My new favorite fiber supplement.

Works well

I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. I mixed with a milk frother to blend it well. Highly recommend

So I tried to mix it with milk and water like the reviews say but it still leaves a chalk reside BUT what I did find was that this stuff mixes really well in plain yogurt! Add a little sugar free chocolate pudding mixture & you got yourself a high protein, high fiber snacky snack.

It tastes better going down than it does coming out.

I have tried SO many Fibers, and this is hands down the best. I use it in my protein shakes, and it doesn’t make it have a weird earthy fiber taste!

The best and cleanest fiber product I’ve ever used, it doesn’t congeal like other fiber supplements and mixes great but tastes better
