Amazing product that went on smoothly with no smell. It diminished my anxiety after the first use which was a great surprise! I'm hoping with continued use it will improve my bone density & muscular strength.

Note: my review is from someone whose nutrition and meds are all done by a port so oral meds aren’t an option I want to clarify that so you understand my need is due to major health issues and can’t be in the sub or take meds orally.If you have a lot of allergies and are NPO this we are hopeful will help increase my numbers. It’s super easy to use. Definitely patch test prior to using if you have allergies. There’s no overpowering odor which I was beyond thankful as scented stuff isn’t my friend 99.9% of the time. For those with severe health issues this may be beneficial my primary recommended it as well. I had no reaction and that was exciting for us.

Its lightweight and absorbed very quickly. I felt some energy after application. No smell as well.

So, I have not tried transdermal vitamins before. I have taken oral D3 with K2 m7 2000 iu D3 with 100mcg of K2 for the last 5-6 years after reading the literature and speaking with a family member who is an endocrinologist. I get levels measured every year or two along with other labs. I originally started to supplement when my job changed and I was getting much less sunlight and inside during the full day. My labs returned at 30 ng/ml which falls within normal limits for some medical bodies but, not all. NIH, the American Endocrine Society and European medical bodies have slightly different reference ranges for vitamin D. I don't subscribe to the mega does that some practitioners recommend. The 2000 iu brought me up to 45 ng/ml. I although there is no way to objectively measure it, I do feel "better" at 45ng/ml than when I was around 30 ng/ml. Better mental outlook, better sleep, fewer colds. I plan on applying the cream once per week and test in six months to see how the levels look.

Very easy to apply and non-greasy. Easy to use container. Pump seems to be inconsistent with output volume but it is a new bottle so it may improve. Great way to get daily Vit D & K2

I am hopeful this is going to raise my vitamin D levels! I am pretty terrible at remembering to take oral vitamin D, and this is a pretty creative solution!
