I ordered these for my son's 3rd birthday for gift bags. The listing says that you get 16 pcs. The bag I received said it had 12 pcs inside and it only had 11. This was disappointing to find out that I didn't get what I thought I was paying for.However, the quality is great for kids and I am hoping they will love wearing these during the party.
