French Market Premium French Roast Ground Coffee 340g Can

Very bitter

I love this coffee. We recently went to New Orleans and had breakfast in a little hole in the wall place and this coffee was what they were serving. I have never in my life tasted something so smooth. It doesn't really have that coffee taste and the smell is to say the least AMAZING! I got a can of this amazing stuff while we were down there and I was so happy that I was able to find it on Amazon. Please, please, please don't stop selling this because I don't know what I would do. My day does not start until I've been to the French Market. Halfway through my can now and will have to stock up soon. If you love New Orleans or just like food or drink with a little flavor, then this is what you need.

This is decaf, and it does not say that in a conspicuous place on the can. The regular non-decaf French Market with no chicory is outstanding coffee. Will search for that now.

Not as richly-roasted as I had hoped. I prefer a true French Roast or Espresso roast. This is a more medium roast. I will use for iced coffee over the summer (will need to use twice as much as for hot coffee) but not for enjoying as a rich coffee.

I can’t find this in my local market anymore, and it is a great coffee for someone that loves darker roasts.

The coffee is pretty good, but for New Orleans-style coffee, Community Coffee offers the same quality for less money. Loved the can, though.

This coffee had an off taste for me, not what I had expected.

Delicious French roast that I used in a French press coffee maker. Would definitely buy again!
