I love these glasses! They're very nice looking, have a nice weight to them and are the perfect size. I tried a couple other others but ended up sending them back. I would definitely recommend these!

The heavy, clear bottom makes these extremely stable. The shape of the glass makes them easy to hold, even for people like my wife with small hands. The glass is extremely clear and bright. This is the second set I have purchased because Luigi Bormioli crystal is extremely high quality and fairly priced.

I'm very pleased with these glasses. Some of the glasses I had used before for our old fashioned drinks were top low for the cocktail smoker to stay above the drink, but these have a nice height and would be great even as regular drinking glasses. The rim is thin but sturdy and has a nice mouth-feel. One did break already, but we have 4 boys and that's the unfortunate reality of having anything glass. I love the value of 4 glasses for the price. Definitely would recommend.

July 13, 2016: I am changing my rating from 3-star to 5-star after using them for over 1.5 year. They are very sturdy, despite the thinness of the glass. For that reason, they are worth the price.I bought a set similar to these from Costco (usually Costco will not sell anything that is low quality), and another slight different set from the same manufacturer from the Amazon Warehouse Deals. I am very impressed with the quality of all those glasses when compared with the ones I have purchased in the past (that break and stain in dishwasher easily).However, I am not sure about these glasses. The reason is that the other glasses from the same manufacturer stated explicitly that the "ingredients of son.hyx allow the glasses to be more brilliant in color and sound, increase their durability and strength." They also stated that they come with a 25 year warranty. These particular set of glasses did not state that. They may be same as others or may be of older or inferior quality because the web site did not mention that. If I had read that carefully, I would not have bought these glasses. My mistake, but the issue remains.POSITIVES:1. They are made of *very* clear glass.2. They look very nice.3. Made in Italy.NEGATIVES:1. A bit on the pricey side.2. It is *quite* thin at the rim.

Heavy and sturdy, great for mixed drinks or any type of beverage. Some of my most favorite glasses ever! Glass is not thin and cheap. All glass has the opportunity to chip and break, but these are a little sturdier and feel good while holding it

simple, elegant, very nice cocktail glasses that can hold a LARGE drink, I like that!!often times cocktail glasses have too thick a lip on them, I don't like that :(this glass has a nice thin lip but it doesn't seem like the type of glass that will break in the dishwasherI've only had them a month, but we use them for water, juice, milk occasionally... only time will tellI enjoy using ice molds and this glass accepts all of my ice molds, big and round or square they all fitthe only reason I give it 4 stars is because the glass doesn't look fancier or more stylish, sometimes function/reliability overrides form

I like large 16 oz glassed. Not too big, well made. They are not fancy looking, but I like the quiet elegance. Will purchase some more of them

AWESOME! I am really picky about glasses. Recently moved and wanted all new ones, have a heavy base and 'feel', and I wanted the glass to be thicker (many are thin and easily break). Ordered one set to see if they meet those requirements and they did! Ordered another set the next day. Also ordered two sets of the larger, matching 20 oz drinking glasses. Definitely recommend these glasses!
