What Was the March on Washington?

Using it in my fourth grade class. Love this book series.

I am a literacy volunteer and my student enjoyed it immensely. Right at her level....I also learned a lot.

My 9 year old son had to read this book for one of his summer reads. It was a good book, easy read and understand for an up coming 4th grader.

My son is reading this book and he likes it. The book is filled with information about history which i think all 12yr old kids should know. History is apart of life, it helps to tell us where we have been and where we are now. We all need to come together and do some more work to make this place better.

I purchased this for my school library. I had just graduated from high school when the march took place so I was truly amazed at all that happened at this historic time. My students need to read this. This is history I was aware of but didn't really know. Praise for this series and especially this book.

It taught me a lot about the civil rights movement and I enjoyed reading it for battle of the books!

Good book for beginner
