Great quality
This tent is actually kind of fun to set up. Watch set up videos that will help you know what to expect. We stayed dry and warm while camping. The price is a little high but so many things are these days, you could pay less for a tent but it likely won't be this nice.

T4 plus Overland Edition
I purchased the gazelle T4 plus overlander edition. And I absolutely love it. I went from a rooftop tent to this ground tent which seems backwards but I gained alot more room, it’s cheaper, and I can get some weight off the top of my car. It’s easy to set up but it’s also huge!! So much room inside. The bag is upgraded and it comes with the footprint and upgraded ground stakes. Yes I believe it can fit 8 people. Tons of storage pockets inside. And yes I will be using some waterproofing spray for some added protection against the weather. I can’t wait to take it camping. When the tent is all folded up and in the bag, yes it is heavy but the padded shoulder pad makes it easier to get around.

Well made
This tent is excellent. It is large and heavy but for the ease of set up and take down it is worth the space. Thick, sturdy material and the zippers are top notch. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the removable floor. Wish it was just permanently attached.

Good tent, with tradeoffs
Just completed my first overnight campout with this purchase and wanted to share some observations for those considering buying this tent.PROS: The tent body and rainfly are very easy to put up and take down. I'm able to stand-up inside and there is plenty of room and pretty good ventilation in both "rooms". Once down, it is pretty easy for one person to roll-up and fit the tent back into its large, heavy-duty canvas bag. Everything about the tent, including bag and stakes, feels well-made and substantial.CONS: As others have stated, this is a heavy tent and won't fit width-wise in most vehicles; in my highlander, it required 3rd and second row seats to be folded down to accommodate. Not deal-breakers for me given the quick setup. The biggest drawbacks for me, however, are the removable floor (and how it interacts with the poles needed to stabilize the front-facing wall), the front door, that the two rooms are not "sealed off" from each other, and that the Door/wall between vestibule and main cabin is solid and not screened:-Stabilizing the front-wall requires you to peel off the velcro-attached removable floor in each front corner, insert the poles, then re-attach the floor around the inserted pole. It's not super-difficult but I believe this has potential to create small gaps for bugs or water to enter the tent if not done right.-The front entry door has a vertical heavy-duty zipper, but attaches horizontally to the removable floor by a heavy duty velcro strip. This again has potential for small gaps across the bottom if the tent is not perfectly taut every time you go in and out or if the velcro starts collecting debris over time.-The front vestibule room is not sealed off from the main cabin- there are openings at the top of the dividing wall that would allow any flying visitors to easily pass between compartments (which compounds my concern about the potential gaps in the corners and along bottom of the front door).-Lastly (and this is not a big issue just a design improvement suggestion), the door between the two "rooms" is solid so there is no visibility between compartments (except for openings at the top mentioned above). A screen door or zip-up flap that reveals a screen door would be a better option for visibility and airflow between the compartments.Overall this is a good tent and a solid structure. I really wanted to "love" it and maybe I will get comfortable with the issues after a few more trips.

Amazing durable easy to use tent
I would say this tent fits 5-6 people at the most, but it is just an amazing tent. From a quick 5 minute setup, to watching the stars from bed on a clear night, to adding the rain fly as needed, opening and closing the vents. I couldn't be happier with this tent. Very expensive of course, but seems like it will last for a long time!

Fast and easy to set up
Best decision ever buying this tent. So easy to setup and the canvas is a heavier grade and kept the tent much cooler.

T4 plus overland Ed
Arrived on time in great shape. I already had the t4. The t4 plus overland edition is a big step up. Great tent. Great setup. Look forward to using it set it up to see how it looked. A huge storm came in over a half inch of rain and not a drop inside very pleased !!?

Great tent, questionable quality
The tent design is great. It’s roomy, easy to set up and take down. I have only used it once in dry weather but found issues with the tent the first time I set it up. Quality control appears to be an issue. I have several seams or stitching areas that I have concerns about where thread is lose or looks like it has started to pull out. There is a vertical defect in one the front screen doors 3 inches long almost a hole but not quite. I was super excited and now I am left disappointed. I like the tent but can’t recommend it to anyone at this time because I have seen quite a few other complaints about quality lately on other forums, and also about water leaking through seams. Which I have yet to test. If the quality was consistent I would give the tent 5 stars, but it feels like it’s a little bit of a lottery if you get a good tent or not.
