Fantastic for GI support. Found this to be beneficial for me before or after eating. This has also helped my significant other tremendously. After I took this for a few months, I started losing weight for no known reason. (labs done) I definitely feel this helped support my body in a way where I was able to get what I needed and drop the rest! Great combo and the best! Easy to take. No bad odors! No awful aftertaste! Easy, no problem. Small supplement and hows down easy! This is great for anyone that is human with a GI system! I highly recommend! Have been buying this for self and family for years now! It's a stable and go to. N I lost 25 pounds over like 6 months. I feel it is related but of course I do not know that for sure. I do see other benefits. Less discomfort. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this stuff changed my life. I have really low motility, and I have food sensitivities. I also have to take an acid suppressant due to reflux, and mixed with the low motility I used to be waking up to vomit in the middle of the night. These have changed all of that. If I eat pasta, meat, any heavy meal, I take one or two of these depending on the meal. My digestion is so much better. I don't know what I'd do without these.

I have been purchasing not only these particular enzymes but other enzymes from this company for a couple of years now. Having celiac and other food intolerances, digestive enzymes are a part of my daily regimen. These products by far are the best. It is easy to swallow with no after taste and quite honestly helps with not having indigestion. Quite the opposite. They leave you not having bloat, indigestion, nausea, pain and daily use helps with constipation. The quality of this product is by far one of the best if not the best out there.

Digest Gold is what my registered dietitian suggested for meals. She asked me to take one bite, then take the product. She said if aids digestion and helps you absorb more of the nutrients. The capsules are smaller and easy to swallow but for those who don’t like pills you can always open your capsule into a liquid or a bit of food.

Works good, this is used by my son that has stomach issues that they can't seem to diagnose. It seems to run in the family. The severe stomach issues skipped me and my brother, but was passed down to our kids. My son's stomach would swell after eating anything. It would swell to the size of a woman that's 9 months pregnant and stay like that just getting bigger and bigger. He also suffered from severe constipation due to all the internal swelling. The only thing they could offer for relief is for him to take a prescription laxative twice a day for life. It also took awhile to find one his stomach could tolerate. He's lactose intolerant and can't tolerate certain foods, meats, snacks, vegetables, vitamin supplements, fruits, drinks or certain ingredients. He's very limited to what he can eat, but still way better off then his cousin who's allergic to just about everything. My son does also seem to have a very slow moving digestive system and his stomach acids seem weak. He's able to tolerate this Digest Gold Supplement out of the many other brands he tried and it does help.
