Great Price, Beautiful Shelves and with wheels
I love this shelving unit. It is better than I bought at Home Depot and it has wheels. It is very sturdy and it can handle the weight. There are a couple of one-star reviews which I total disagree with. The said the plastic doesn't pieces don't hold the shelves. One there are two pieces of plastic for each leg. Eight pieces per shelf so a total of 32 plastic pieces. There are notches in each one so they fit into one another. There are groves on the legs which you can set how high you want your legs. The plastic pieces are thinner on one side and thicker on the other. The thinner side goes up. Once each leg set to the height you want you to put the shelf on and press it down. Because of the one-star reviews. I stood on my bottom shelf on both sides and I weight over 200 lbs. It held me. I think I could have sat on each shelf and it would have held me. I think you put the shelves upside down where there would be a rail around the shelf but this would be wrong and possibly why it wouldn't work. Each collar on the corner of the shelves is smaller on the top side and larger on the bottom side. So the weight of the shelf is going to force the plastic wedge in place making it more sturdy. All the kitchen around the country have these kinds of shelves on a much larger wider scale. They all use the same kind of plastic inserts. It is not that hard to build. You can do it build it yourself. A second pair of hands would help. I liked the shelving unit I just ordered another one. I just wanted to say this unit does not deserve a one star. It is very sturdy. Can hold the weight and I would recommend it. I think it looks beautiful. I was just looking at the pictures and you can see the plastic parts and the collar. You can see how they fit together and you can even see how the collar is flanged. You can judge when you get it.

Very good value for money. High quality finish and casters are very well made. Easy to assemble.
This is a surprising good value for money. High quality construction and the loaded unit rolls easily. I don't have a lot of extra space in my garage, so I had to get creative with storage. This unit is just the right size to fit in front of the side entry door to my garage, and provides much needed space for my small welder, jack stands, c-clamps, and misc. power tools which I put in milk crates on the shelves. The loaded shelf rolls easily when I want to open the door or need to get a bit more space near my bench within my garage. I have the heaver stuff on the bottom to prevent tipping over, and use the caster locks when not moving it for safety. Some common sense is required :)

Easy solution for additional storage and organization
The Amazon Basics 4-Shelf Adjustable, Heavy Duty Storage Shelving Unit has been a fantastic addition to our storage needs. We have bought multiple for our garage and our pantry. They work great Pros: Sturdy Construction: These shelves are incredibly sturdy and well-built, capable of holding heavy items without any wobbling or bending. High Weight Capacity: Each shelf can hold up to 350 pounds with leveling feet, making it perfect for storing heavy tools and supplies. The overall weight capacity is 1400 pounds with leveling feet, which is impressive. Adjustable Shelves: The adjustable shelf height in 1-inch increments allows for customizable storage, accommodating items of various sizes. Easy Maneuverability: The 3-inch caster wheels make it easy to move the unit around, and the 4 leveling feet ensure stability when stationary. Multi-Purpose Use: These shelves are versatile and can be used in various spaces like the garage, laundry room, kitchen, playroom, or other living or work areas. Quick Assembly: The unit assembles quickly and easily without the need for tools, which is a huge plus. We’ve bought multiple of these shelves for our garage to achieve better organization and storage. They were quick to assemble and work great, providing much-needed extra space. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a robust and versatile shelving solution!

Flimsy on wheels
Item was easy to assemble. It helps if you know beforehand exactly the height of each shelf you wish to accomplish. Have a tape measure and rubber mallet handy. I got 2 of these. The first one I used the wheels because it added some height. Unit seems very shaky on wheels even when wheels are locked. I used the "wall support" they provide which is basically a cable tie. Without wheels the unit is MUCH more stable. Seems sturdy enough even without wall support. Levelers on bottom do the trick. Noticed a broken weld on one shelf but not a big deal. Overall good purchase for the $$$. Would not use for any serious weight but for household and light to medium garage stuff this works.

Simple and functional wire rack with casters
The amazon wire rack seems quite similar to others in this style. But, it's very reasonably priced and comes with good quality locking casters. I've bought several. They're great in the backs of closets to provide a little extra organized storage. I also have a few in my basement and garage. The shelves are sturdy, stay put, and hold quite a bit of weight. I have no problem assembling them, but getting the supports in the right places is a chore. I'm not sure how you'd make it better, but the supports are fiddly and each time I put them together I invariably put one of the shelf supports a notch below all the other ones, so I have to push the shelf back up (a rubber mallet helps with this) and then adjust it. I think it's essential to have wheels on shelves like this so you can roll them out of the way for cleaning or to move tools or supplies around all at once. Most of the other wire shelf brands don't seem to include casters, and I'm really happy that these shelves do have casters, and also that they're big 3" casters instead of tiny ones. If casters aren't your thing though, these shelves include leveling feet as well. Great product.

As others have said, once you GET how to put these together, they're SO simple. Two things I worked out that might save you some time: At first I spent AGES trying to get the little collar around the vertical poles - it seemed like they were too small, and I had to use a mallet to try and force the pole into the circular entry on the shelf corner. Actually there's a particular spot on the vertical pole where the collar will 'click' into place and fit perfectly. Try moving the collar up and down the vertical pole until you feel the right spot. Second, the shelves go "upside down" so that there's a flat shelf with a slight 'front' BELOW not in front of the shelf. Again, the vertical poles slide into place really easily this way, whereas I was struggling for ages trying to make it fit the other way. Once that was sorted, dead easy to put together, really sturdy shelves, very happy with them :)

Easy to put together, and sturdy! I have several of these and use them for storage. I have them under the stairs, and can easily roll them out and retrieve what I need without taking everything apart!

Es muy amplio, es de un material super duradero, fue difícil de armar por su tamaño pero quede fascinada con este producto, sin duda lo volvería a comprar, actualmente lo utilizo para guardar ropa y zapatos, todo cabe muy bien.

Easy to assemble after I had read the other reviews. The shelves slide over to poles upside down creating a flat surface. Slide half a clamp slowly up the pole at roughly the desired height and it will click in place at multiply heights. Clip on the ‘partner’ clip. Repeat on the other 3 poles. Make sure they are at the same height before slipping the shelf down through the poles. Very sturdy, good value unit.
