Has a cooling fan in the wand.
I really liked this curling wand. It straightens my hair well and is easy to use. What's neat about this wand is that it has a fan that comes on once the wand heats (quickly) up and it cools your hair down when you use it. Very unique. Weight of the wand is good and even on the highest setting it doesn't burn my hair. It's just enough heat to give you a good curl. I'm going to buy one for my daughter.

Best tool ever to straighten & curl in less time
This is one of the best hair tools ever replacing my hair straightener and curling iron. It is cool to the touch with the air flow technology without burning my hair or fingers. Cut doing my hair in half the time giving me soft flowing and bouncy curls. My blowout last longer since using this. So worth the price!

Good buy
Bought this for my 16 year old daughter, at first she didn't like it, but once she figured out how to use it she says she absolutely loves it. Her curls stay all day and the flat iron works amazingly!

NEEDS PRACTICE but works!
So I’ve had this product for 3 days, and each day I tried to curl my hair with it. It kept pulling little strands of hair, snagging my hair, and it wouldn’t run through the strands smoothly no matter how thick or thin the piece was. I got frustrated and so tonight, I tried it again for what I thought was the last time.Funny story, I showed my husband the video of how it’s supposed to work, and I complained how it absolutely does not work for my hair and I’m going to return it. I did one piece to show him, and walaa! One curl down. I was like hm, okay that one worked but watch again! Curled a second piece. Next thing you know, I curled the whole half of my hair! I was so shocked at how well it worked. I did the other side which only took 6 minutes to do. I was impressed!I believe the reason it kept snagging and not running through smoothly the first few times is because I didn’t hold it up straight. If you hold it horizontal, it will pull and snag the hair. Once I held it straight up, it ran so much smoother and only snagged a few times. Long story “short” it definitely takes some practice getting used to. I’m so excited I was able to figure it out! I’ll be going to Japan soon and am definitely taking this with me!Heats up very quickly and the fan turns on right away which is nice. The size is good for my hair and my hair is a little passed my shoulders. Would recommend once you figure out how to use it correctly 😉😉

Good, but not great
For reference, I have short -medium thin, fine hair. I have been using the Tymo ring straightening brush and a curling wand before I purchased this. I liked the concept of this because it was 2-in-1, instead of having 2 separate tools. Here are my pros and consPROS: for straightening, it actually made one piece of hair that always is finicky go the direction I wanted it to, which is a win! Also, it's fairly easy to use, and the cooling fan aspect for curling is a nice feature. It's pretty lightweight, easy to use, and the heat settings are great.CONS: First, it took me a while to figure out how to curl with it, as I'm used to a wand for many years now. The clamp doesn't open very wide, so you really can only take about a 1inch section of hair. So if you have long or thick hair, it's probably going to take you a while to do your hair. The plates/clamp didn't feel very tight on my hair, so it was slipping a lot, but also pulling my hair out quite a bit because of how fine my hair is.I felt like it left straightening crimps or marks on my hair even if I wasn't leaving the heat in one place too long. Maybe the heat was too high, but I don't prefer that look. The Tymo ring is able to get all the way to the roots to help smooth out "bed head" or kinks in your hair very close to your head, where I couldn't get very close to my roots with this tool, meaning I got less volume as well. The curls come out fairly small, and I prefer to have larger curls/waves. I just didn't really like the look of my hair when I was finished, but this is also personal preference, as some people prefer smaller curls. All in all, I think I will be returning and sticking with the things I know. I really wanted to like this product, and maybe if I had been used to a regular straightener and curling iron I probably would've thought this was better.

I love it hurry up and buy!
I love this combo I have such a hard time curling my hair with heat but this 2 in 1 is perfect and my curls hold longer than they ever have! I wanna buy a second one in case this one breaks. It warms up in about little under a minute and a fan that cuts on so I can sit it right on my sink if I wanted to and it wouldn’t burn it! I love it! I have mixed hair but when it’s not straightened it’s poofy like a poodle so I turn it up to the highest setting or the light under the highest.

My hair does not like Tymo products
I have been searching for hair tools that can help me get bouncy curls. I have long thick hair that goes down my back just past my bra clip. I have been seeing so many wonderful reviews of this hair curler on tik tok and thought I’d finally give it a try. I like that the fan cools the curls and makes it less damaged. However, this is not a smooth tool like the Chi. My hair got stuck in this curler, did not go smoothly which made it not work because I had to open the curler to move the iron down. The curls that did work ended up looking awkward and thin. And it didn’t really shine. The quality of the plates is very poor. My hair was in good condition before using this on all of my long hair but now I have to wash it because now it doesn’t feel good. Definitely not worth the hype or price. I am going to stick to chi. I have achieved better curls with my flat iron.
