My elderly mom currently owns a M1 lite mobility scooter. The scooter recently stopped working after trying to recharge it several times. I did a quick search on Amazon for these batteries with the hope that they would work correctly, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked seamlessly. I had to remove the previous batteries that are connected via Velcro. Once you pull those off of the battery cover, you simply just slide in the new batteries and attach the terminal cables to the positive and negative side. The install was pretty straightforward and only took about five minutes. Once installed, my mom was back moving again within a matter of minutes. Everything is working correctly now and she’s happy again!

Great fit in case area and easy to install. Lightweight and long life once charged. Very pleased with our purchase and felt we got a great value for our money. This made our mobility scooter very functional and the speed was back to where it should be.

I purchased two of these battered for my daughter's wheelchair. She started university four moths ago and obviously she need these batteries for her wheelchair to function. For the first couple months, the batteries were working fine. However, for the last two months now, the batteries have slowly been degrading. At first, a full charge would last for an hour and a half. It went down to an hour. Then a full charge will only last for 30 minutes. It was only enough to take her to class and back home. She has more things to do in university than just going to class and going back home. This wheelchair is her legs. She is home bound and trapped without it. She has called me several times crying and upset, asking for to fix this situation. I left a voicemail over a month ago but nobody got back to me. I called back again but no one has responded. I urge you to have some empathy an think about the well-being of the disabled people who use your products. For a person with a disability to be stuck in this kind of situation. I hope you can take better care of your customers. I hope it was not a mistake to buy your batteries. Update: The batteries are completely dead. they don't charge at all. I want my money back.

Took extended time to receive; box arrived ok; had to have company replace the posts as the ones I got were messed up from factory. This seller worked with me & Amazon Prime to get them sent out. The size does fit Pride Wheelchair I have that is from 2015. These charged for about 8hrs the 1st time we charged them, after that it charges from total empty to full in about 2-4hrs depending upon the charger and if its plugged into a construction grade extension cord or directly into wall! The set is sturdy & heavy duty; be prepared to have help lifting because the box was about 14 x 14 x 14 inches but weighed about 18-24lbs. They hold charge very well and I will buy these again!
