This watch looks good, feels good and works good. Problem is for us oldies is that it has so many features that it confuses. I returned it because in all honesty it was too good and did too much for me. Having said that it had a fantastic colour screen, an app that was well thought out. Bluetooth connection easy and a phone helpline 24/7.All in all a great bit of kit at a bargain basement price.

So I've never owned a smart watch before and recently I've got into my fitness, I had my doubts about how well this watch would work BUT let me tell you, this watch is amazing!! Well worth the money, I can track my steps, play music, connect to my Google home, answer calls. It also reminds me to drink water as I'm awful at remembering!! I will be recommending this watch to ALL my friends and family! I'm so very please with it and the customer service you get with it are amazing and so helpful😍 if I could have given it more than 5 stars I definatly would!!

This was definetly worth the money , it's a lovely pink watch that you can easily connect to your phone.It tells time and date and tracks your sleep. Also follows exercise performance as well as counting steps. Tracks heart BPM which is helpful. Also tells weather forecast for the day but has stopped working after a while for me.Comes with a small charging platform , which can easily be charged and lasts 2 days or soDepending on the watches usage.Best part is I can wash my hands while wearing it and has no damage done and it can find your phone if connected via Bluetooth.Would highly recommend as wear it every day and is still going great 😃

I am really pleased with this watch there are so many functions including answering a call via the watch. The watch arrived in a lovely box, well packaged and arrived the next day after ordering. There is an instruction leaflet enclosed, which was easy to read and understand. I did have a problem pairing the watch with my phone via Bluetooth. After contacting support (which is via the Huawise Fit App) this was solved very quickly. The support via the App was excellent and very helpful. I look forward to enjoying this watch and its features.

The Steps function didn’t record my steps for the first hour but eventually started recording.There should be more information on how the functions measure your vitals because without the information, sometimes the watch is actually recording in between updates yet without the information, it gives the impression the watch is not working.What I didn’t like is I received a message within the app offering me £50 commission if I submitted a 5 Star Review which can be misleading to potential customers. I wondered why there were so many 5 Star Reviews and it was one of the reasons why I bought the watch.After using the watch for a few days, the steps and distance seem to be accurate and the battery life is pretty good but the selection of watch faces are the worst I have ever seen for a smartwatch. More than 90% of them are for kids.Update 17th Dec 2023: I’ve only had the watch 8 months and it has started behaving erratically. For no reason whatsoever, it vibrates and goes into a mode for changing the watch face. Avoid buying this watch as it it becomes very frustrating to use. I have also just noticed that my activity for the 14th Dec doesn’t exist yet according to my phone I walked over 5 miles and 11,000 steps that day. It also failed to record for 4 consecutive days and failed to record for 5 days out of 8. I contacted Customer Services and they said walk with your hands out of your pockets. What a joke - does that mean I was walking with my hands in my pockets continuously for 4 days? I was told to reset the watch every time there’s a glitch wipes all your data which defeats the object of monitoring your progress. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Time for the bin for this watch.

I like the watch,very good for the money but I was staggered they were offering £50 for a 5 star review. How un ethical can you be !!!!!

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this product as I’m not great with technology but wanted this for fitness. I need not have worried as this product is excellent, so easy to use and any problems I’ve had have been solved by the excellent in ap customer service. I have an iPhone and works absolutely fantastic with it. Highly recommend this product!!

This watch offers good value for the price. I would prefer if the vibration level was a little stronger. There is a great choice of watch dials. Very happy with my purchase.

Montre qui ne marche plus au bout de 3 mois. Impossible de faire un échange !!!

J’ai la montre depuis 4 jours et elle a déjà appelé 4 fois des correspondants, dont 2 à 3h du matin ?!?! Et ne demandez pas de l’aide, ils ne parlent qu’en anglais et demandent une vidéo du problème. C’est comme si mon assurance me demandait une vidéo du moment où je suis rentrée dans le platane. C’est moins grave mais tout aussi débile !!! Du coup, je ne peux pas la porter tout le temps. Il suffirait pourtant d’avoir un verrouillage d’écran, mais comment savoir si ça existe ?

Ich habe mir auf Grund des günstigsten Preises nicht allzuviel versprochen und bin wirklich baff! Es gibt sehr viele nützliche und zuverlässige Funktionen ,die Daten sind erstaunlich genau und sie sieht auch noch richtig gut aus.Das einzige was ich zu Bemängeln habe ist die Tatsache dass die Bedienungsanleitung sehr mager ausfällt und wenig bis gar nichts verrät.man muss die vielen Funktionen also durch ausprobieren entdecken
