UPDATE:Customer service and communication is great. I was contacted soon after and the rep. Was very polite and considerate. For this, I will give this shop a better rating and will buy from them again.I don’t know if my bottle was a fluke, but there is no scent at all!! This was a gift for my husband and it’s so embarrassing to receive the bad feedback.
