I purchased these bags with the hopes that they would be sturdy and easy to use. I love them! The clip on feature of the storage bag is perfect for shopping. The bags are well constructed, decent sized, and fold easily into larger storage bag for the next use.

Durable and holds a lot, great for shopping and on the go!

I was taking huge bulky bags to the store and often forgot them in the trunk. I clip these to my purse and always have them on hand. They are very durable and easy to fold and get back in the carrier.

The bags are super easy to store but I do find myself not using the storage bag as they just get stuffed in my purse or the car doors. The bags do hold a good amount and are sturdy. I'm not liking the shape much. Boxes don't fit nicely like the do in the bags that are rectangle shaped but do indeed fit. They don't stand up after opened but you are trading that for being able to cruble up and stuff anywhere.

I've been using these on a daily basis and they're built tough. Highly recommended.

This arrives in a fold-top acetate bag.If giving as a gift, it would be challenging to wrap as it arrives but would fit in a standard gift bag, or find an appropriately sized box to wrap. This would make a nice standalone house warming gift.First off, I really like the color purple, so that's a bonus right there. The bags are made with a sturdy & lightweight rip-stop material, so it'll withstand being filled with cans or jars. They're also easy to wash when they get dirty - I had a "brilliant" bagger who put a jar of spaghetti sauce in the same bag as a bunch of cans, & sure enough, the jar broke & got sauce all over. After removing the glass shards, I popped the bag in with a load of laundry on permanent press cycle, warm, then tumbled dry, medium & it came out good as new.The storage bag is what really sold me on this set. It reminds me of a dry bag, like what kayakers use. It doesn't matter if you're a neat freak like I am & fold the bags neatly, or a chaos gremlin, like my 2 oldest nephews & just stuff them in, the storage bag holds the shopping bags with no problem. With both a wrist strap & a carabiner (or "D" clip as I call it), it's pretty easy to keep it somewhere convenient for use.This does seem a little overpriced to me when you consider that most stores sell their own reusable shopping bags for $1.00-$2.50, so $6-$15 for 6 bags which leaves around $9-$18 for the cost of this storage bag at the set's current price of $24.00. And most store bags are a bit larger than these bags are. But, most store bags are harder to store/take up more room to store, & just aren't as convenient as this set is, so, what are you willing to pay for the price of convenience? In this case, I'm willing to pay $24.00.Overall I recommend.

These are lightweight but strong reusable shopping bags.Pros … these bags are light but strong. The color is bright (although I wish there was an option to pick another color as I am not partial to purple). The carrying bag is handy too. I’ve included a pic of the full carrying bag with a Bic lighter next to it for scale.Cons … they are a bit more expensive then I would like to see but I do expect that they will last a very long time (forever?).Overall, I’m happy to use these to help reduce use of plastic bags and to recommend them to others.
