Waste of money and time they’re rubbish I didn’t feel like I lost any weight drank plenty of water plus felt bloated half of time the instructions are not clear absolutely waste of time don’t bother

I am a middle aged man, I eat very healthily and get a lot of normal exercise , walking, cycling and an acre of garden to tend every weekend, but like a lot of people I have a slight tum through the indulgence of wine in the evening!I decided to try these pills for 3 months to see if it would shift my slight tum, at £44 a pop, I decided on three months, as the write up suggests it can take some people 8 weeks before they see any change. I religiously took two pills a day dissolved in fruit juice as I can't swallow pills of this size, they are not completely tasteless, they have a hot pepper taste, but bearable.After three months I was aware that bloating had subsided, but what about the weight? Three months in and I had gained a couple of pounds in weight, and lost £132 in money, luckily I can afford to do so, others may not be so fortunate!So whilst I had high hopes, needless to say I won't be buying them again as they simply don't work!

Took these religiously for 1 month. What they did do was drastically reduce hunger so I could eat very little food, however, I lost no weight whatsoever.

Most people buy from reading reviews .so Ive had a month supply of figur now sitting on my shelf for a couple of months and have been undecided as to whether to give these a go or not .as reading reviews im unsure so finally today is the day that ive decided to give them a try .and i will keep you updated with my progress so keep checking in with how i doing . xxx have gave one star 🌟 as just started taking them
