Great for corking small batches
Works fine if you pre-soak the corks and is very cheap, I was corking 6 bottles for some homemade wine. It does need a hefty push though so if you're doing a lot of bottles I'd get a more heavy duty articulated corker.

Ease of use.
Don 't use a metal hammer when inserting corks! Get a rubber mallet.

Fantastic corker
I would recommend this product. It was easy to use and required little effort. I checked out other corkers and reviews were mixed so I think I made the right choice going with this one. Brilliant little tool!!

Basic
Basic, but corks a screw top bottle without problem. It's a problem with home brewing these days, All wine bottles are screw top. This manages to cork them with a bit of effort.

Works well. Instructions on box were covered
Well if the supplier hadn't stuck the stock sticker over the easy to follow instructions it would have gone better for me. 3 sides that were clear of instructions to choose from and they stuck it over the top of the important bit. Genius! After breaking one cork and being close to returning it as unfit for purpose I decided to wet the sticker so I could see what was under it. I could see enough of the pictures to work out the rest. After that it all made sense and worked perfectly. Also I am not particularly strong and still managed after a few pushes. The cork was perfectly in place like the shops have! Basically the cork goes inside the top and is squeezed through a smaller hole meaning it enters the bottle and expands without being broken.

Didn't work at all.
Didn't work at all. Put a cork in, and tried to push down and no amount of force would budge it even a tiny bit. I tried with a hammer. I tried with all of my weight on it. Nothing. In the end I used just my hands on the cork which was difficult but much more effective.

Hard to use
Not really fantastic. The seller refunded my very quickly so 5 stars to them. However I found it very hard to use and you need a lot of strength to push the cork into the bottle. To be honest you'd be just as well doing it by hand. I was using silicone corks so it may be different for 'real' corks The idea is that you put the cork into the tube and press the plunger down however you have to force it through a small hole at the bottom which sits over the neck of your wine bottle I guess so that you shrink the cork down to make it fit and then it would expand to create a good seal. Like I said it's really hard to push it through the small hole and I for one couldn't manage to budge it. Sorry seller, I'd like to say something better but I think honest reviews are best!!

Make sure your corke is wet.
Amazing and simple! Just soak the corks first. I tried putting them in dry and it didn't work.
