It seemed rather cheap and perhaps suspicious on quality.
I have used pull saws in the past and almost wonder why they haven’t replaced our more familiar saws. I like this saw very much but have not really tested it’s durability as yet.

Great 2 in 1 saw
I noticed a reviewer gave this a poor review because of some broken teeth, so let's get that out of the way first. This is a 'pull' saw with two distinct edges, one for rip and one for cross cuts. If you try to push the blade as a western saw works, you'll bend the blade and possibly break the kerfs. If you use the cross cut kerf for ripping, you'll possibly damage the kerfs. If you pull the blade across the work using the correct edge and letting the saw do the work, it's brilliant. As blades go, this is pretty good. It gives a lovely fine cut and leaves no tear out. Worth every one of five stars.

Lacking the onions on green wood
Poor performance on pruning the tree branches , kept clogging and jamming on both edges , but proved to be ideal for small joinery and carpentry craft projects , very clean cut on kiln dried timber , ideal for laminate flooring , but looses edge quickly on this task , small room advised

Not sharp. Don’t buy
Product was fine. Lack sharpness. Only suitable for the very softest of woods and on that basis I would not recommend to buy. Very disappointed

Great saw reasonably priced
Great saw to nice fine cut if used correctly the smaller teeth are for cutting across the grain and the bigger teeth are for along the grain I've been using it for dovetails works great not as sharp as a Japanese saw but they start at 3 times the price overall highly recommend the handles are made well and you get two blades so really two saws takes 5 seconds to change blade just put the guard on the teeth before you do ;)

Don't waste your money !!
40 years experience of using all manner of mitre blocks and saws never getting a decent result told me that when I bought expensive shaped skirting boards I need to get the right tools as well. So bought this saw and a Wolfcraft Bevel at just under £50 for both.Only had 5 mitres to do,10 cuts, but thought it would be worth it to get it right. On the plus side Saw was ordered on Friday night and delivered less than 48 hours later on the Sunday,a day early, albeit in a massive box with 15 feet of packing paper. And that's about it for the positives.First thing I noticed, like another reviewer on here, was that the metal sleeve where the blade fits is was closed tight at one end and had to be pried open.I had no problem fitting the blade the problem was the blade was not straight.I spend an hour fitting and re fitting the blade and never managed to resolve the problem.Tested on a piece of 2 x 2 and it seemed to cut alright and I had no problems with the cutting on the pull instead of the push.Thinking that as I was using a Bevel and the blade was going between 4 straight rods it would be held straight - it wasn't - for the first inch and a half all went good but after that it was obvious the blade was already blunt and the cut achieved was worse than anything I had cut in the past 40 years.Back to the filing, sanding and filling.Things were no better at the other end of the skirting board section which just needed a straight cut.I marked a straight line, thought I was keeping to that line but as you can see in the photos what I got was an angled cut ruining the board. All in all a waste of money - and just to make matters worse the day after saw was delivered Lidl had electric mitre saws for 79.99.Advise you don't bother with this saw - I wish I hadn't and will now be going for a refund as listing does say guaranteed for 90 days.

Hacked off!
Hmmmm. Very disappointed really. I have always wanted a Japanese Pull Saw and was looking forward to using it. I even put jobs to one side specifically to use this Saw, because I thought it would be precise. I was so wrong. If you wish to get Medieval and hack a Tree down it is fine. Well not that fine really, as it is hard to work out which side is the fine side. But make sure that you wear Chainmail Armor or you may find you hack off limbs instead. Like Monty Python's Black Knight. Like I almost did within the first 5 minutes after cracking open the packaging. I cut my toe (silly me I wore flipflops) and then my finger quite badly, but Butchered the softwood board I was trying to cut finely. So... do yourself a favour and stick to a good old fashioned Tenon Saw. Gutted!

Not very impressed
Blade is way too thin to get nice straight cuts. Maybe go for single sided teeth on a saw that has spine support to keep you cuts more controllable
