I have the dry salt pipe and was always either forgetting to pack it when I was going away for a trip as I travel most of the week on business. So I bought this one so it can stay in my wash bag. It does what it says not sure on the amount of time to get acclimatised as I have being using my other salt pipe for some time now. I have noticed a big difference with my asthma I am not wheezing as much as I used to and I am using my inhalers less.

It is a bit early to say that it works, but it is certainly what it says on the packaging. I bought it for extreme hayfever combined with severe sinusitis. Give it a try. It can do no harm and should work over time.

I bought this product as I have stopped smoking 7 weeks ago and was not coughing anything up, my doctor wants me on inhalers , I dont want inhalers and so I researched online what was the best thing to do for my chest ( I do get a bad chest 3 or 4 times a year) the dry salt inhaler came up time and time again, when I saw this portable one I thought why not give it a try, I am so glad that I did. My chest is now getting the gunk up from years of smoking, I will buy another one when it's needed. Brilliant product and I can carry it around in my pocket.

I have previously purchased the larger salt pipe and wanted something that I could carry around and put in my suitcase. This fitted the bill perfectly and seems to work just as well. The reason for mot giving it 5 stars is due to the fact you cannot refill it and it is in my view slightly over priced.

Used several times a day of a few weeks, hasn't worked for my nasal /sinus congestion at all. The nasal adapter is quite large and I thought that they could have made the top fit the unit when the nasal adapter was on, then I wouldn't have had to carry two loose parts around with me.

I’m giving this 3 stars. But I’m not sure if it’s worked/helped me in a ny way.

I have used this product, and sometimes taste a bit of salt, its good stuff, I feel I'm able to breath easier

I have asthma and it's a great substitute for when I've ran out of my inhaler.
