DP-6 Digital Piano by Gear4music

This piano sounds excellent, mimicking really quite well the sound and feel of a real piano. It provides a lovely rich sound, and all of its extra features work marvelously. The sounds response to varying pressures is impressive, allowing a very similar experience to a proper piano. This being said, occasionally keys don't sound quite properly when pressed softly, but this is a rare and insignificant occurrence. The headphones are admittedly rather ugly, but they produce very good sound, and I often forget that I am even wearing them. However, they're mostly used for late-night solo playing anyway, so it hardly matters. The keys are lovely, as is the general smooth finish of the instrument - it looks rather magnificent in my room despite its small and unobtrusive nature. I think its dark, soft design has been splendidly combined with subtle yet sharp blue lights for the controls, really adding a little flair to the whole thing.The pedal it came with is plastic and flimsy, but worked reasonably well for a couple of weeks. Suddenly however, it stopped working, and I have since purchased a more durable, realistic metal pedal (the piano allows for all sorts of extras due to a multitude of sockets at the back).The stool is simple, but effective and comfortable, and it slots nicely under the piano when not in use.Construction of the base was trivial, merely requiring a few screws to be screwed in, something that can easily be achieved by oneself. However, to actually mount the keyboard section onto the base, I had to ask someone to help, as the piano weighs rather a lot and is awkward to hold.The piano arrived quicker than expected, and was packaged sensibly.

Really great keyboard with everything you need on it from beginner and onwards. Lovely feel, great sound, and generally a good purchase. I thought it was really good value when I bought it and months later I still think it was one of the best things we ever bought for our daughter. She’s been using it now for more than 6 months and she loves it as much today as the day she got it. Really pleased. The headphones that came with it didn’t last so well though. But tbh it hasn’t tainted the purchase in the slightest.

Perfect piano if you are in the middle camp of wanting a good piano for practice but not yet ready to spend a massive amount for a full upright. First of all the keys a weighted and touch sensitive, a must for beginners or experts alike. The built in speakers sound fantastic with a nice bass and clear crisp notes. My only gripe with this product would be that assembling it alone can be a little bit of a challenge; once it is up and running however its the best piano in its price range.(TLDR)Sound:8/10Keys: 9/10Assembly: 5/10 (if alone)Value for money: 10/10Overall: 9/10

This was not the first piano I had ordered. I had purchased one for another company who tried to increase my delivery to £50 after I'd ordered and paid because I live in an IV postcode area.Got a refund and ordered this one the same day. Wish I had done that in the first place. Nominal delivery charge AND it arrived in less than two days. Something living in the highlands I am often told isn't possible.Piano plays well and is absolutely ideal for beginners. It has got plenty of use over the last few months that we have had it.I did replace the pedal for a 'proper' pedal but that's was the only thing. My son loves recording parts of a duet to play along with himself.Perfect for what we need it for and will last a good few years until the children's playing outgrows it and we need to invest (and remove a radiator) a proper upright.

So my wife and I have decided to learn to play the piano and had been reviewing options- budgeted ones as the first step. We spent some time before we purchased DP-6 and it has been a good buy. Worth the investment.Delivery was on time, setting it up was very easy, needed 2 people but hassle free, all accessories work, gives u the piano impression too, notes quality is really good and would always recommend this for beginners and intermediatesThanks Amazon !!!

This is a fantastic piano very good quality at this price, I wanted to buy a used Clavinova at the same price, I'm glad I went for this, there's nothing like having anything brand new! The piano sound is superb, effects with 8 voices, my girls love it! This is highly recommended set up is a breeze, sounds just like a real upright piano, volume is adequate and the headphones are great for keeping noisy 8 year olds and us happy at the same time.

Great piano for the price. Been needing one for a considerable time and glad this one was available. Had my eye on it for quite some time waiting whilst I had money to buy. Life story over. Great piano for any level, particularly intermediate and beginners. Feels good to play. Stool and headphones included are good. Stool surprisingly comfortable, unlike my other piano stool (though this is considerably older than I am and could do with reupholstering) Headphones are good enough quality to not disturb neighbours. First pair arrived damaged, promptly sent out a replacement after contacting seller. Advise having an extra pair of hands when trying to assemble legs to main piano part.

I'm a beginner and absolutely love this piano. Bought this mainly to combat the anxiety and mental health strain of Corona isolation, and to make good use of more time at home by taking up a new solo hobby. Already of great benefit, time flies past and no time to dwell on worries and negative news when you're learning a new song. YouTube is a great resource for free tutorials. Easy enough to assemble, did it on my own. Great service from Gear4Music.

El piano es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba teniendo en cuenta lo barato que es. Tiene buena estabilidad y muchas opciones de configuración.
