Great set of brushes
Considering a lot of brushes are quite expensive I wasn’t too sure how these would perform but read the reviews and the majority were positive. And they were right, really great set and perfect for painting warhammer 40k, especially for the fine detail spaces. Finally I can paint eyes instead of what ever you would class the ones before. They’re also a lot more comfortable to handle than a lot of other brushes.

Really solid set of mini painting favourites
If you want a starter brush set, this is a great choice. The regiment brush is good for filling in areas of colour, the insane detail brush will let you get in those teensy details like eyes, and the brush I thought would be the weak link- the small drybrush- has turned out to be extremely handy for small areas of highlights (for example on hair) or for light weathering.Being made from natural hair, they last way better than synthetic ones, hugely increasing the value for money. Just give them a nice wash every so often with shampoo and conditioner, just like cleaning hair, and they'll last ages.If you get a decent detail or highlighting brush, a big brush (I recommend the Army Painter Monster Brush personally) and a big drybrush (try a cheap makeup brush) you'll basically have a pretty full set of brushes for almost any mini project.

Great main brush, rubbish detail brush.
Great main brush and dry brush. But the insane detail brush is rubbish the bristles are to short and there are not enough of them, so paint dries on it stupidly fast. Word of warning you'll need brush soap otherwise these brushes won't last long. I used them for a week or so and the tip was going on the main brush. A bit of soap and it's almost as good as new. Won't be getting this set again but will get more army painter brushes.

Really good natural hair brushes
Both the detail brushes keep excellent points while painting. The other brush holds plenty of paint and is good for main coverage. Great build quality. You get what you pay for, and these are good value considering the quality.

Useless rubbish
Absolutely awful, the bristles split the very first time I used them, no amount of cleaning or reshaping can get them to stay in a decent shape. The dry brush was OK but definitely not worth the price when the other 2 are junk.

Good brushes for the money.
Awesome quality for synthetic brushes. I usually like to use kolinski sable brushes but I got these, more than anything to use as workhorses. People that complain about modern synthetic brushes simply aren't using and maintaining them properly. These are awesome. I will say, the insane detail brush is a bit too small and I never really use it, if I made these kits I would put a slightly bigger brush in there rather than that one.

Hair on the Regiment Brush didn't last long
found the regiment brush had fallen apart not long after purchase, I've had synthetic brushes in the past that have held up for longer, the insane detail brush and small drybrush are really nice tho, and no issues with them, do think for the price your paying, £6 a brush, your better off getting a good set of kolinsky brushes
