After taking ONLY HALF the recommendation as instructed for ONLY 3 days...when I began to receive very very strong heartburn problems and heat and stomach fluids coming up to mouths..immediately i seized taking it...and within less than 24 hours my symptoms for critical heartburn subsided...this is the first time i bought a product with so many fake good reviews.. now im stuck with a very overly priced supplement...a complete waste of money..avoid
