I bought these because after a total hip replacement and an unfortunate rear end shunt, I needed physiotherapy. The NHS resistance bands do a job, but they are just a strip of silicone rubber and are uncomfortable if you have hairy legs! These bands were first used to help with the accident physio, and now, I’ve started using them with my weight loss programme. My other review of a set of scales mentions the need to start weight/resistance training to accelerate the weight loss process. Additionally, if you don’t exercise, whilst cutting calories, the body starts to consume muscle as well as fat.The versatility of these bands only becomes apparent when you watch the YouTube videos of workouts. I think these are far better than a set of dumbells and loose weights. Firstly, they take up hardly any space. The storage bag with all the bands and bits and bobs, probably only takes up around 30cm x 15cm x 10cm. Secondly, you can easily take these on holiday or on business trips so you can keep your routine up away from home, as they weigh only a few kilos. Additionally, the versatility of adding bands to increase the resistance is helpful when starting a resistance training programme. Of course, you can’t mimic the atmosphere or endorphins bouncing round a gym, but if you want to get fitter and in better shape before hitting the gym, these are ideal. I use them after commuting to London rather than going to the gym. It’s easy just to drag them out, rather than dragging yourself out to the gym. Finally, there are various bands promoted with all the glitzy American glamour, but these are rubbish inferior to these bands. The expensive YouTube promoted ones have a plastic sheath which is as dangerous as having no sheath covering the rubber band. The nylon covering on these is stitched very well and sealed in a rubber gasket. Thus, I would highly recommend these on the basis of safety. Ignore the 1 star review who said one of his bands snapped. It doesn’t say how or why. Of course, if you overload anything, it will fail, however, if these fail, you won’t lose an eye due to the safety sheath.The fitting included, the ankle straps, handles and door stops are excellent quality. The ankle straps and handles are soft touch and the door stop (which you jam in the door frame and close the door) easily supports my 91kg frame. A lot of the rival offerings on here only include the bands, or they don’t have safety sheaths. These bands will fail due to stress failure (think about stretching and relaxing an elastic (rubber) band when you were a kid). However, as I mentioned, you will be safe when they snap.In summary, I would say that these are excellent value for a shrouded set of bands. Buy them, these are Dottore Approved!

Very happy with the product. Took 9 days longer than expected and seemed to be in transit for ages, but after some back and forth with the seller, and an offer of a refund which I gratefully refused, it arrived today (5 days earlier than the second date). Longer postal times are to be expected at the moment.The bands and attachments are very well made, extremely sturdy, I'd be concerned the door will break before they do. For some exercises like squats I've to work out a way to use them as I'm 6'5 and they can't extend fully in a squat position. That said, it might work one legged, which will be a feat in itself but sure who needs knees.The handles are a wee bit small to grip so I might just grab hold of the top, will strengthen my grip and wrists so every cloud.The ankle straps are very comfortable and supportive. Door anchors are similarly strong and sturdy.The bag will carry some bulmers and buckfast to the next concert I might see in 2022. I will be ripped by then. Be ready world.I'd highly recommend the product for its build quality, and the seller for their honest, professional and friendly customer service.

Great item and as expected. Item arrived a MONTH earlier than the estimated arrival date. Only problem for me is that the handles are narrow which make the sides rub on both sides of my hands when doing bicep curls, taking the skin off. I just take the handles off and hold the bungee's or use the velcro straps instead. Other movements are fine.I'm tall and they don't stretch far enough to do a standing shoulder press so have to do them from my knees. They are too long for some movements and too short for others but there are workarounds for all of the movements.The position of the rubber logo on the door jams is in a daft place as they are rubber and sit directly under the door making them hard to slide under. They do fit though so no issues. I would recommend.

Ordered for my partner-he is extremely happy with it (he struggled of not being able to join gym atm). He's been exercising with combine bands and he could feel his muscles afterwards. Great kit to use indoors and outdoors. The door arch is soft, so not damaging the doors. Can recommend it, especially for the price.

Very versatile so they are easily buildable to suit individual strength. Feel like they’ll last a long time , I love love them .

Firstly i would like to say ive never had bands before but as trying a friends i decided to get a pair of my own and they are just superb!! Great bit of kit comes in a small carry bag with a tie to close it were all the bands fit in easily really portable. Can do many workouts for many different body parts. Great kit for workouts at home or even to take to gym.Only negative is the booklet of workout you can do has really small images showing the exercises which is abit hard to see easily.

Have to mark it down as one of my handles broke immediately. Replaced it with a home made one. Otherwise good product will probably buy a second set so that I have even sets of resistance.

There is a good assortment of bands for various exercises and if you need more resistance you can use more than one band together. So far they have proved resilient but not having bands before, I needed more than the tiny exercise sheet they provide with the kit. The sheet is very small and I can hardly make out the exercises.I also had to research how to use the door hook but thankfully youtube was my friend here, same with the exercises. Watch a few videos and you are up and running, or pulling and pushing.Better information with the product and I'd be happy to give it 5 stars.

Sono state un ottimo compagno di allenamento durante tutta la chiusura delle palestre. e ancora di tanto in tanto le uso per qualche esercizio in casa.Le resistenze sono ben bilanciate e possono essere mixate per creare carichi più elevati. Utili anche a chi è un po' più avanzato nella forza (in tal caso solo come "salvagente").Attenzione ad alcuni esercizi fitness di slancio. Si è rotta una dopo un paio di usi perché in un movimento troppo ampio ho superato la resistenza limite e si è rotto un estremo. Non è colpa dell'elastico, è un limite insito nello strumento stesso da tenere in considerazione.Il sacchetto di conservazione permette di mantenere tutto in ordine e di trasportarlo ovunque. Li ho comprati insieme a delle slider e delle bande elastiche come "sopravvivenza" d'allenamento durante la pandemia.Ci sono tante persone che non sono tornate in palestra o non vogliono iscriversi affatto. Per loro, queste fasce e qualche altro strumento base potrebbero essere un'alternativa da casa a basso costo.

Son perfectas para entrenar en casa ya aque admiten muchas posibilidades sobre todo para los grupos pequeños como hombros, biceps y triceps que se pueden ejercitar muy bien y con mucha intensidad. Para los grupos grandes como pecho, espalda y piernas en ningun caso sustituyen a un entrenamiento con pesas en un gimnasio no habiendo otra cosa son la mejor opción. Vienen muy bien hechas y los enganches son fuertes y su elasticidad se corresponde con los niveles de colores. Después de muchos entrenamientos no se dan de sí. Su punto débil son los agarres que se doblan algo y como son de espuma, con el tiempo empiezan a oler. El tema del olor se soluciona vaporizando alcohol o colonia. Así y todo son de lo mejor que se puede comprar en el sector y ses una compra muy recomendada. Como siempre l experiencia con Amazon ha sido genial.

Top top top!!!Da man sich in Corona Zeiten ja nicht im Gym austoben kann habe ich alle möglichen Home-Gym "Erfindungen" ausprobiert... vieles hat nicht den gewünschten Effekt gehabt, aber diese Bänder sind einfach super.Total hochwertig verarbeitet, es gibt X Übungen die man damit super umsetzen kann. Die mitgelieferten Griffe und Schlingen sind einfach super nicht wie bei den herkömmlichen Plastik Bändern bei denen man zum einen aufpassen muss, dass sie nicht reißen und einem um die Ohren fliegen.... und wenn das nicht der Fall ist, tut allein das halten weh, bevor man einen Pumpe spüren kann.Das alles ist bei diesen Bändern nicht der Fall. Die Bänder in verschiedenen Stärken sind wirklich richtig stabil und mit dem Stoff Bezug wirken sie nicht nur viel hochwertiger, sondern sind auch noch sicherer und viiiiel angenehmer zum trainieren.Ich habe in der ganzen "ohne gym zeit" eher nochmal Muskeln aufgebaut, statt verloren. Also klare Kaufempfehlung 💪🏼

Malgré quelques difficultés de livraison dues à une erreur d'adresse venant certainement du départ de livraison, le produit est arrivé conforme à la description . Il est regrettable que la description des exercices proposées soit si petite et en anglais. Le papier ainsi économisé par le format doit faire du bien à la planète!!!
