Sketch Basic 72 Color Set

Fantastic set at a decent price! I have drawn quite a few pieces with these already and they have held up with no issue! Case is solid and provides good organization for the markers!

Have been wanting a set of Copic’s for years and years. With all the money I spent on other brands I could’ve had the long ago finally decided to take the jump. This is a great set for me. It has all the colors that I would’ve picked myself. The pastel that I love, great skin tones, the basics, just a really good assortment. A good set to start your Copic collection with.

as a kid i would beg my mom for copics and she’d let me get 2 at a time so i have about 20 random colors. i alwaysss wanted this set but was always told no. now 10 years later im an adult and trying to get back into art so i treated myself to it with my own money and im so happy! :) case was not cracked and none of my markers arrived dry. i tried Ohuhu markers as an alternative but they simply cant beat Copics. They are quite pricey but so worth it. This is a super quick doodle i did just to test some of the colors (i’m still rusty :P)

These are really, really nice markers they are smooth and very pigmented and lay down really nice on your project. However, I'm only going to give it four stars, because twice it blobed a ink drop onto my artwork (i think they were overfilled) as I was using them and one of them was completely dry and had to order a refill and that was spindie too. I like them a lot, but I think they're way overpriced. I think Ohuhu works just as well and you get more for less. Please take into consideration I am not a professional artist by any means it's just my opinion as a at home consumer of many brands of markers and if you are a professional artist, these will probably be your favorite..

So the markers as a whole work perfectly fine and none came dry. I was skeptical from purchasing these on Amazon as a lot of reviews said as much. However, keep in mind that it does matter who you purchase these items from. I saw a lot of reviews saying they got good deals on these markers and for cheaper but the trade off is some didn't work. NEVER buy these unless it's for base price. These things never go on sale for a reason. So be aware, buy from a verified Amazon seller and you'll be fine. Only issue is the plastic was indeed cracked upon arrival, but I 100% can't say that it was the seller as it was more than likely the shipping from Amazon. Sure there was paper padding but this thing needs bubble wrap, something Amazon never does. But it's just the plastic case so it doesn't matter. So buy with confidence and remember to choose the sellers wisely.

Test your markers before using it for your work. Made the mistake of doing the opposite and got a huge leakage of ink on my canvas...
