My boys love everything Montessori! I liked that this was colorful compared to other sensory toys I’ve seen. The quality of the wood seems to be alright. I’ve seen some sturdier toys like this but it hasn’t broke yet with my 2 year old so that’s a plus. I do think that this is a good toy for kiddos that are looking for more development in their hand eye coordination.

When this toy arrived I thought we would send it back right away.. but I was surprised it was pretty good. Teaches different sizes well. Something other toys did not teach. I was pleasantly surprised

My twins loved this thing for a whole ten minutes then all the pieces were scattered all over the place, mixed in with other toys and impossible to put back together. They were 16 months then. I'm sure by age 2 this is something they would enjoy more and it would be less of a mess to manage then.

Sadly when putting these pieces in you have to line up extreamly well, not ideal for toddlers. Even me as the parent found it difficult and aggravating having to line them up in the bottoms.

This toy is great for building fine motor skills for kids. I like the different shapes and the variety of sizes of the shapes to fit in different insets. The actual wood box frame is not overly durable but as long as used as intended, I think it will last well. The shapes themselves are definitely durable and painted smooth.
