I love grilling so I was looking for a nice pair of gloves to protect my hands while cooking outside. These are a great find.The gloves are very thick and definitely keep all heat off the body. I tried these both on the grill and as oven mitts to check the quality. In both situations I felt zero heat, however if you do expose them to a prolonged heat source (such as holding a hot oven tray more than 5 sec) you will in this case feel the heat getting through the gloves.They are very well padded and seem quite durable. The red parts on the glove are a nice grip material to prevent slipping.The gloves are very large so they could be used by a man or a woman. Although they are large the size did not interfere with my ability to grip. I also love that these cover my wrist and some of my arm. It makes it the perfect product for trending to items on the back of the grill.These are a terrific glove for grilling or indoor cooking.I haven't used the knife so I can't comment on that one.

Not great for extreme heat. They started smoking when I removed the ash tray from the fire. Perhaps I pushed them a little bit too far.

So far so good, work ok with oven temps but will have to wait to see how they work with the BBQ and those temperatures

Excellent heat resistance and I use these to load my wood burner daily without any burning or scorching of my skin.

I use these as oven gloves. They are so much better than traditional mitt types. They give much more control and do not slip. They also go further up your arms to prevent burns from oven shelves.

I probably subject these gloves to cast iron at 240C for only about five seconds at a time, but for that they work better than my alternatives and the safety and lack of burns is very welcome. For some reason, I think I feel a little more heat from a stainless steel roasting tray, which is much lighter than my Lodge Combo Cooker.The knife is good for a crusty sourdough, but I've never found an equal to my old Sheffield-made family heirloom, which has much finer teeth, better suited to softer loaves.

Fabulous oven gloves. So much easier to have 2 separate gloves for each hand instead of being tethered together like a traditional oven glove. Heat protection is good and my husband says he's going to use them on the BBQ in the summer

Ces gants sont conformes à la description mais sont beaucoup trop grands â mon goût...Quand à l efficacité, rien à dire, ils ont tout leur utilité

Verarbeitung soweit gut.Großes Messer kostenlos dabei...Leider sind diese Handschuhe echt riesig.Mir als 185cm Mann sind diese noch fast zu groß, meiner Frau passen diese mal garnicht.Ich möchte mit solchen Handschuhe trotzdem noch etwas Gefühl haben....Daher gehen diese zurück.

J'ai acheté ces gants pour éviter les brûlures lorsque je fais un barbecue et ils sont parfait pour cette ulitisation.Aucune trace d'usure ou de chaleur après 4 utilisations.Ils remontent assez haut le long du bras isolant correctement de la chaleur.

Servira sans doute un jour mais beaucoup trop grand pour mes petites mains, je flotte à l'intérieur (mains de femme)
