Good plates to keep track on what you are consuming and how much you should be. Decent size with a good sturdiness to it. Good value for money. Don’t have anything negative to say about it.

I’m pleased I bought these.
I hesitated after seeing some negative reviews but, I’m glad I got them. They arrived in perfect condition and I decided to wash them in the dishwasher and had no problems. I use them for mixed snacks and as a lunch plate.
