EarbudsI ordered these as I've always been intrigued by the concept of fully wireless buds. I've used bluetooth earphones for the past year, but even then the wire between them does occasionally snag or get in the way.Amazon delivered next day (Prime) and although I wasn't home, they left the parcel in my preferred place.I've had Smartomi tech before and they do package nicely, especially given the price point is lower than its competitors. The buds are presented on a separate layer inside the neat box, inside are 8 spare earpieces, a nifty dual-output usb lead, a cloth bag and a genuinely international manual. This last is very welcome as I've had a lot of tech over the years where the "English" translation is very unclear and badly translated, often leaving me having to figure out how stuff works by trial and error. No such problem here - English is at the front, is accurate, useful and clearly written by someone who knows the language. It explains all you need to know.To turn on you need to press both buttons (one per piece) and hold for SIX seconds (although the manual says four). If you're wearing them, you look like a bit of an idiot with your fingers in your ears. This is too long, 3 seconds to turn on/off is better. To pair, you must also hold for a further three seconds.The phone detects them as a single "SMARTOMI Q5" device, which is useful when you have several bits of bluetooth kit, as many come without any useful identifier.Charging is as expected, except I found the charge port covers fiddly and wouldn't open enough. I actually pulled them off entirely, which doesn't cause any problems. These aren't waterproof units, after all.Once paired, they work much as you expect - one press to pause/play music and some phone options which are explained in the manual. If you leave the bluetooth source and return, they automatically repair as expected. Around 2.5 to 3 hours playback time which is good considering the size. Volume has a good range, and loud enough at top - although you obviously can't set the volume through the buds themselves. The instructions say to use "Siri" to control volume. Not useful advice for android users, but Google Assistant can be used if you want to be hands free.The Good: Build quality. Instructions. Sound quality. Sufficient volume.The Bad: Very occasional dropouts on the righthand earbud which I think are signal issues between the buds. Long button presses to turn them on and off.Overall a reasonably good product. A few minor niggles but considering you can easily pay twice this for similar products, that's fine.

Had the product for a whole hour and I’m afraid they’ll have to go back.I find them comfy with the right buds and sound quality is good for the price so no complaints there The issue is the audio lag while watching videos. I’ve tried on WiFi, Mobile data, my Laptop, iPad and iPhone and all have enough audio lag to make watching anything unbearable.

I am big fan of the Smartomi tech and have had a few of their products in the past and these ones have great sound for such small earbuds, they are also very comfortable as they can be used for the gym, walking and watching movies with very little lag. The conversations I have had on it have been very clear without any interference so that is a big bonus. If this is your first wireless earbud purchase you cannot go wrong. A highly recommended product.

Once I had worked out how to get them in my ear, I was really impressed with these. The sound is great. Very easy to pair with my phone, and look far more expensive than their £30 price tag! Once in the ear cavity, they're very stable...I haven't been to the gym with them yet, but I reckon they will stay in very well - certainly better than my current wired apple ear buds (I have small ears, and even just normal use apple buds fall out easily)Definitely recommend

If you just want to use them to listen to music or podcasts, you will not have problems with them. But if you want to watch videos, you will have a major problem. There is a big lag between sound and video. Also, they don't have the big aspect on your ears.Really happy to received this, I was enjoying but really disappointed after trying to watch a video. Had to return it.

Superb quality, stay in my ears really well I have run a marathon and an ultra with these and not had any issues. I can get about 4/5 hours playback from a full charge. Customer service is second to none, I had a problem with a lost rubber earbud and it was resolved very fast at no cost to myself.

Got these with my wife and she’s been using them after trying the ERA earbuds. They hold a good charge and don’t fall out like earbuds we’ve used before. They also have great sound quality as we both listen to music in our workoutsLove these earbuds!!

This is my first pair of wireless headphones and for the most part they work perfectly. Some issues maybe 5-6 times an hour, the right ear just cuts out for a second or so. I guess something to do with the bluetooth pairing or whatever, but for the price i've been really happy with them
