Practical Magic / The Witches of Eastwick (Double Feature) [Blu-ray]

Had a nice girls luncheon yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed the company and movies we had not gotten to see in years. The story lines are timeless and the acting spot on. I know now that since I own them, I will be watching again and again.

1 of my favorite sisterly movies! Brand new, nothing wrong with the movie. Plays exactly like it's supposed to.

both are good, good actors, very good deal, i had heard of The Witches of Eastwick, and all of the actors ; Practical Magic : Robin Tunney is great, also loved her in the mentalist. I like how both of these movies are strangely dark. I had never seen either movie. A wonderful surprise.

EVERYONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK.It's everything a movie should be. Actually much more, full of over-the-top actors, acting, Nicholson production, Sarandon, direction,Michel Feiffer, writing, and... h'm I'm having a devil of a time remembering other contributors... surprises, laughs, lessons. Over the years I've seen TWOE at least five times. Always something new to see and laugh, marvel at... but funny, I keep forgetting so much; I just know it was GREAT.PRACTICAL, MAGIC is less awing and more complex, with a plot that carries you through if you concentrate, but just a bit is okay. It's memorable, editing,often funny with shocking sidebars and on occasion challenging to figure out what's what. The famous witches are supported by a bright cast, then newcomers, now more established, I'll have to think for a spell, I keep losing track of whiuch witch is wicked and which is winsome/wholesome. Ah yes, Bullock's winsome while the redhead is abit wicked and wild.Good match, they make the movie less fantasy and more edgy than you'd expect from a comedy, but of a different sort. `

Ordered because I like both movies.

Amo ambas películas y me gustó mucho que vinieran en combo. Vienen en el mismo disco, además, así que no tuve que quitar una para ver la otra.No dice qué región es pero pude verla sin problemas en México en un reproductor cualquiera de blu-ray. Ambas tienen subtítulos en español.

Great value set, Good to get both these good films in one set. Picture could be better, but still much better than dvd. Well worth the money.

Un par de clásicos. Las Brujas de Eastwick es una de mis películas favoritas y encontrarla en paquete con Practical Magic es una maravilla, pues no estan normalmente en los catálogos de streaming comerciales. La calidad de imagen del Blue Ray es impecable. Aunque no tienen contenido adicional, vale mucho la pena.

Great transfer, very good quality. Generally I avoid double features. This one is the dreaded two movies on the same disc setup, but they were never optimized for full HD so there is no real loss of potential because of this.
