They are plastic, but I put into fresh soil so was easy enough. I can imagine if you are putting into the ground, you may want to pre dig some small holes. None of mine broke at all. They were easy to put together.

It is a plastic fence. Ok. So cheap it’s so thin that it makes it hard to deal with plastic steaks won’t even go in loose dirt. I had to trench it and fill in around it. And it’s still just garbage Would never buy again. Waist of money for something that’s not cheap!!

Short spans aren't difficult to place. Longer spans take more time and effort to make sure they're straight. The plastic is fairly brittle and I broke a couple without much force. With soft soil, it will likely slide right in. With rocky soil, like my yard in Arizona, I have to dig a trench and fill it back in as I go.

I got one broken piece in the 24 plastic pieces nice look for very cheap material it's not worth the money. I wish it was better and harder, I will never buy this product again. I already start using so I want to finish my other side of the lawn you got to dig holes and put them in. Don't waste your money the material is cheap plastic. Go to the hardware store and get a better fence. Cheap,cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap. 👎😡

Just what I wanted, hard ground, s pegs were difficult to get in the ground. Looks good

Spikes that go into the ground are very soft and you have to dig a hole for it because it’s so soft. Fence would not stay attached to spikes.

Half of the stakes cracked when I was trying to get them in the ground. I even soaked the ground to help them get in a bit. These are the cheapest plastic you can get. You cannot put even the slightest pressure on these or the break. They’re also SO LIGHT that what I was able to get in the ground has actually blown over!! I have gotten better quality garden fencing from the dollar store. Please do not waste your money on these.

We live in a manufacture home and have skirting with open areas on the bottom we have stray cats that go under my house so using this to block the holes

They are not the sturdiest small fence but they are perfect for what I was looking for and look great

Looking at some bad feedback for these fences I took a chance and bought a pack, they are quite easy to put together with a bit of care and they look great so I've reorderd some more .I think they are good value for your money
