These are the best sturdiest balls for our dog. She is a chewers and can get through all tennis balls these last well. They do sink so not great around water.

I roll this hard rubber ball around the neck area and its like a cheap massage - successfully rolling a knot out of the muscles. Works well for me, but its just a hard rubber ball. Roll at your own risk. Your dog may also love it.

Use for physio escersises

My buddy had this as he was rehabbing a doctor recommended it. I used it a few times and decided to get one, great for self massage and also a good stress reliever as you can squeeze and bounce that thing all day!

Ordered to help with trigger points as do a lot of weightlifting. Arrived on time, was a great price and works really well. So far seems to be a quality product, would recommend.

The ball is the perfect size and weight to carry around in a small gym bag or even a bum bag. I use it daily for my feet as I'm a high-mileage runner. Cannot imagine my routine without it anymore
