Q: Can you rinse it out with water?

I don’t. I just wipe it out with a tissue or something. I rinse my toothbrush and shake it dry before I put it in so it doesn’t get too messy.

Q: How will this help if i brush and use mouthwash after?

It will help to kill all the bacteria on your tooth brush between using it !
