DOES NOT WORK.... without exercisePurchased as a personal experiment. Looking into a pill to stimulate metabolism, without change to exercise{Same food everyday at the same time, same routine, weighed in the morning at the same time}Results of experiment: (in short)Pill + no change to diet + no change in exercise = No noticeable change in weightDone over the period of month.In another experiment:If you want to loose weight fast... I've lost almost a stone in 3 weeks consuming less than 2500 Cal a day and fasting for 16 hours. (during fasting, drink as much as you want, water, brews etc)I have been fasting between 19:30pm and 13:30pm the following day.

These work amazingly for me. I am terrible at swallowing capsules. These are big enough capsules but I must say whatever the outer coating is. It enables the capsule to slide down your throat and at such ease, no usual gagging. Within 15 minutes of taking them my energy levels hugely increase and it lasts for most the day. I can do far more exercise or house work etc. I make sure I drink plenty water. I only take one in the mornings and I do a brisk 20 minute walk most days ( no gym etc) and my appetite decreased. I started losing weight in the first week noticeably. I would recommend these hugely for weight loss.I wouldn't recommend if you have medical or heart problems . If you are prone to feeling hyper naturally or feeling anxious. I wouldn't recommend them either as I feel they increase hyperactivity both physically and mentally.

I have been taking these a week now, I would say energy wise they do work! But I drink a lot of cafeen already and started on 2 a day, I last a good hour extra at gym and sweat a lot, I wouldn’t say I have seen major weight loss but I rekon that’s due to my diet not being so strict but my training is 5 times a week. Intense boxing and running.The only side effect I have seen from these is “ on a night time I have noticed incredible dry mouth/dry cough”Never experienced this before but I makeSure I’m drinking loads of water before bed,I would say a solid 9/10If your looking for energy before gym, take one in a morning and one a hour before gym for the xtra boost!Side effect. Fat burners have helped a little with weight loss

One of the reasons I bought these pills is because of how good the reviews are. When they arrived I realised this is because the supplier offers another packet free for a 5 star review. Which who wouldn't want if you are trying to lose weight. This review is my honest opinion and based on my experience with it.In terms of the actual pill, easy to go down and takes about 30mins to kick in. Once it kicks in its not unpleasant but it does feel really unnatural, your heart beat speeds up and you feel slightly more alert. For me I get slight discomfort from these pills.BEWARE THE SECOND PILL:I decided to take a second one of these slightly underwhelmed by the first. 30 mins later my heart rate went from 60-160 in the space of a minute and I got tunnel vision. It was incredible how quick and the power it came on. You then get all the symptoms of caffeine overdose - including a throat drier than the Sahara desert. You'll then down a litre of water and be freaking out for the next hour. The heart rate spike lasts for about an hour and I had to keep moving around otherwise I would have passed out. Again, I felt discomfort for the rest of the day and had to sleep it off.So in summary - they probably work because they kick your metabolism up a gear but beware the second pill. They are medication and it's probably better to exercise more and build your metabolism naturally instead of popping these bad boys.

I purchased this back in May as a 30 pk to give it a go as I have a wedding in August..I was a bit worried with caffeine if I would be able to sleep at night so only take one a day. I suffer with an under active thyroid and take medication but really lack motivation and energy. It was quite hard after having my second child anyway loosing weight to then be diagnosed with this as i put on so much weight. The heaviest i have ever been :( I felt awful in myself. From the first use of this I felt so much better in myself more energy and wanted to exercise and could do so for much longer. I had a little trouble the first few nights sleeping but soon adjusted to it. I took a little break and not long ordered a 60 pk to shift some more weight. So much so I have annoyed my sister as we have had to buy a new bridesmaid dress in a size 10.. This isn't a miracle pill and you can't sit around thinking the weight will just fall off. It is a great thing to have to get you motivated and need that extra energy when I have very little as it is, especially running around after a toddler. I feel I eat better when I take this also my portions seem to be smaller. I would highly recommend if you need a kick up the butt as I did to get back to how I once was. Still going with just 2 weeks to go until the wedding so I am really hoping this keeps me on track.
