Q: I have tiny ears, like child size. Small rubber rings fit but most buds themselves are too big in general. What is the measurement of the bud itself?

Same here. The rubber part I use the smallest and it fits great inside. But the ear bud itself is a little too snug and hurts after a while. I really want to love these and try to readjust every now and then to release the pressure on my cartilage.

Q: Can you run with these in your ears? Im worried about how stable they are when working out?

I’d say yes. My wife uses them in the garden and we returned another brand that didn’t have the extension that wraps around the ear this one doesn’t fall out like the other ones did.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the amount of noise canceling feature?

Unfortunately there is not. But for the money you wont find a better set of earbuds

Q: Ive lost my right ear bud is there anyway to replace it?

That would be something you would have to take up with manufacturing
