This was a staple seasoning item, and easily available when I lived in the Caribbean. I brought a couple tubs back with me on my return to the UK but had used both. Has a better taste and is better quality than the standard stuff in the supermarkets.

Very versatile simple garlic salt, great on roast potatoes, especially at special dinners, Easter, Christmas etc, as it gives a lovely flavour without having to worry about it lingering on your breath! A real hit with my family, but really good as a seasoning on fish, steak almost anything, even the humble chip! Great price for the larger size tub, nice long use by date too, makes a great gift for anyone from the Caribbean as it's commonly used there, brought from there to our taste buds by our relatives. Have tried some diy garlic salt recipes, but they are just not the same! Recommend the larger size, as you can always share it with family and friend making it more economical to buy.
