Entertaining and effective.
Absolutely hilarious — and better than that, effective at preventing licking. 10/10 recommend. We got the largest size for our 70lb dog and could have sized down, but it still fits.

It is very comfortable for her!
I was using the cone which made it rub her neck. This donut works great and doesn’t hurt her!

Instructions = QR Code for Messenger???
The information provided for accessing the product warranty and the fitting instructions were a two-sided card with QR codes that both led to FB Messenger for some god-forsaken reason. As somebody without an account, there's literally no way for me to get the information I need to use it properly for my pet. Will be returning, but such a truly garbage business decision warranted a review as well.

Good quality and adorable too!
I needed an inflatable cone that would hold air overnight and be comfortable for my Golden Retriever. She had an internal malignant tumor removed, followed by a month of radiation treatments. It was essential that she couldn’t access the catheter that remained in her front leg or the external stitches on her rump. This inflatable cone worked like magic after her surgery, before radiation treatments began. It is very soft and remained inflated, allowing her to sleep with it on in her crate all night. I only had to re-inflate twice over five days! She wore it to her first two radiation treatments and several people asked where I got it so I referred them to this site. On day three after treatment, she unfortunately got to her catheter (but not to her stitches) and pulled it out. From that point on I had to put her back into the traditional cone of shame. I bought size large (her neck measured 18”) and ran her traditional collar through the loops as directed; it never came undone and she never tried to get out of it. I gave four stars due to the stiffness of the breathing tube and the inability to completely collapse it into the collar. I won’t hesitate to use it if needed in the future- as long as it doesn’t involve a catheter!

Came with a faulty valve -- bad Quality Control
I didn't care for the fact that you have to log in to get inflation and fitting instructions. There's a card in the box with a QR code, which I couldn't get to work. I finally found the manufacturer video online and he easily blew it up by mouth using the valve stem. I tried that and met resistance, with no air was going in! I messaged the manufacturer but then took an ice pick and gently placed into the valve stem. I hit a solid piece of plastic, not a flap or open stem. I finally pushed the ice pick through to make a hole and was able to get air into it, though it was hard since it only created a small hole and not a fully open diameter stem. There were cheaper donut collars on Amazon but I chose this because it's supposedly a good one. Pretty disappointed in the whole set-up piece when it should have been so easy to do--like blowing up a small pool inflatable. Bad quality control and maybe that's due to being made in China.

The donut is amazing!
When my pup was spayed a couple of weeks ago my friend gave me a cozy cone for her to use after her surgery. It was absolutely torturous for her. She couldn’t see anything, the cone was flattened on one side so it affected her balance, and she was unable to eat or drink water comfortably. We ordered the donut as soon as we got home from the vet and it was delivered the next day. She could sleep in it, eat in it, play in it. It was really great and very cute. The only thing I’d change is the cloth belt that goes around the outside of the donut. My dog chewed through it on the first night. It still stayed on and did a great job tho.Overall, it’s a wonderful thing! Definitely treat your pets to one if they’re going to have surgery or something. Well worth the money.

Cute but lasted less than a week
I have an Italian mastiff, this fit around her neck and was soo cute while doing what we needed it to. BUT in less than a week the pillow wouldn't stay inflated. I tried using the patch to fix it that they sent with the collar but the air leak was coming from the seem and impossible to re-seal. Wish it would have lasted longer since she was more comfortable than her other cone but it's useless when not inflated.

Great lil donut
I don't know why there aren't more purchases from Canada, it's absolutely adorable and works very well. Its the first year of my dog showing allergy symptoms and my dog really hate those plastic cones (so do I) so I bought a medium size donut after being recommended it by someone else who loved it. I tried a fabric cone first but man are those heavy...Donut arrived in 4 days (was supposed to be 3 days but Amazon somehow sent it to a close but different city ?_? ) in a cute little sprinkles printed box. It was neatly folded and wasn't too tiring blowing it up. Its comfy, lightweight, and my dog cant chew on his paws 😆. If your dog has a long face they certainly could get to their front paws but my dog's head length is 7 inches/17.7cm and he can't chew on his. Sure he wasn't amused with it but that's the case with anything I put on him. He adjusted fairly quick.I noticed theres a little more information on the US amazon so if anyone in Canada wants to check it out a lil more just switch your app to US and go take a lookie 👀I also didn't expect it to come with a little sheet of sticker(?) to seal up holes in case the inflatable thingy inside ends up with one.

Brilliant alternative to a cone
My dog went for the snip and I bought this ready for afterwards. We have previously used the vet cone of shame, but as my dog would be wearing it for a few days, I wanted something kinder. Cones are effective but we have found the dog has trouble eating comfortably, chewing toys, and often catches it on door frames which makes him upset. The doughnut was easy to inflate and looked very cute! Use the size guide to make sure it fits well, so the dog can’t reach the operation site to lick. The doughnut is brilliant for this sort of operation, but might not work as well for stopping reaching other places on the body.We re-inflated the ring the next morning, but after that it stayed up and was very effective. Our dog didn’t mind it at all, and didn’t once complain! It is obviously comfortable and doesn’t restrict playing/eating/drinking, etc.He looked very sweet on walks and we had lots of funny comments! It is now stored away in case we need a cone again, in its cute sprinkles box!Beware! Our dog snored at night with this on - probably because he used it as a chin pillow! It didn’t seem to bother him though.
