Q: I just received this product and it doesn’t create a warming sensation. Could I have received a defective product?

I've been using this product for several years now and you will not feel a warming sensation. It is a great cleanser and was recommended to me by my aesthetician.

Q: This doesn't seem to create a warning sensation at all. Is it just the name or does it create warmth?

It did not get warm for me either and it smells weird

Even when this product was used during a facial by a professional, it didn't warm on me. I like the product very much, but think it doesn't warm on everyone.
