This vendor uses Evri (formerly Hermes) - a delivery company so-called because they are Evri bit as bad as Hermes. Although the item arrived on time it had taken a beating and there was a crack in the plastic trim - Nothing structural and a bit of glue and black duct tape will fix it. Not worth return/exchange as Evri will probably wreck that too.Apart from that the unit performs well and even damaged is worth the price.Would buy again if the vendor changes carrier.

Hot this for my mum in hopes toCut down her hot water uses. Loved the idea of it being hot everytime she pumped without having to get up boil the kettle etc, but unlike time promised it went cold within a few hours now it’s a shelf dust collector.Hoping to Try it again during the heat wave with cold water
