When I purchased this item it was as a temporary use for the one I already have was getting cleaned, which was when bought a much more expensive item.When this arrived ahead of delivery date I was stunned at the quality of it and at this point I need to say sorry for this comment to the manufactures, but for the price I paid I had not expected such quality. It is equally as good as the more expensive one I already had.Would I purchase from this Company again? Yes I would they are excellent

When the order arrived and I opened the black bag, I was shocked to see that the mattress protector was just shoved in the bag with no protection. I have bought other mattress covers before and they always come folded neatly usually in a little zipped bag and you know they’re brand new. This delivery was far from that. When I received my mattress yesterday and started to put this cover on, it was then I noticed that the material was frayed along the hem as in the photo. It’s not good quality at all and I’m regretting buying it but have no choice now but to use it. Would not recommend this item.

Shrunk loads total rubbish, followed washing instructions but washed cooler anyway, waist of money I can't afford,so thanks for that

Prompt delivery within dates. Was kept well informed about delivery dates and details.Mattress cover is just what my bed needed.Material good and the fact that it's a zipped cover means no slipping at sides or curls underneath you.Would recommend this product.

Bought this cool mat protector to reduce the heat from our memory foam mattress but it didnt work still feel hot
