It doesn't have any smell..dont be fooled by the review. If you want a toy buy it..

It's cute and I love the scent. It is faint but it works. The fan actually spins. I will be buying to my husband's cars.

Very cute. Duck topper is held magnetically. Spinner is smooth but does make some sound which my daughter found a bit annoying. She loves this thing.....now where to find refills?
