It is a nice shirt that comes with the white tab made of textured plastic (to make the tab appear as fabric)

Q: Is this an Anglican style or Roman style shirt?

Roman. BTW the fit is a bit off. Sleeves a bit short.

Q: What is the sleeve length for a 15" collar?

The sleeve length is 25" for neck size 15" shirt. Thank you!
