Nice, sturdy mug and no issues with cleaning. Text on mug is really nice with the exception of "Natasha". The text in script is beautiful and really makes the mug. The mug is a pure white and dishwasher safe.

I love the mug and the saying. I could do without the "Natasha" caption at the bottom as I don't really follow her, but we use the term "boss lady" for the local shop owner who really is a boss! We actually created a little label with the shop owners name on it and placed it over the name "Natasha." Other than that, the mug is well made, comes in a great gift box with a very nice bow and had no flaws in construction. 5 stars

Didn’t pay attention but the cup says, see Natasha on the bottom of the cup. Sooo if you’re giving this to a boss lady whose name isn’t Natasha. I say keep looking..

Purchased this cup for a coworker.. her names not Natasha.. so now I’m out a gift and will be returning for a refund

This comes in a nice giftable box, the letters are vibrant. I didn’t notice that the name Natasha was already on it, so unfortunately I can’t gift it to my boss. Aside from that it is a good solid cup
