My cat hates travelling, so I needed a bigger carrier to give him more room and a better view. As much as he complained, he actually chilled a bit looking out the car window. The carrier doesn't look to be as sturdy, but it did the job without issues or damage

Initially very impressed with this purchase but don't touch with a barge pole! Bought to transport two kittens to London. Initially was very impressed, cats loved it and there was plenty of room for them on the journey. Really not happy that the handle snapped off when getting off the train, was just lucky that they didn't fall far or suffer any injuries. Will be returning as the product is not fit for purpose. Giving one star rating because I can't score less.

Bought this for the back seat of the car. Straps in securely and our medium cockapoo fits in easily. He loves it. Great value and quality

As people say it does not feel as strong as some. I got it because it is huge and I saw someone else with it at the vets/ When going to the vets for jabs etc it is big enough to carry our 2 x4kg cats- and although it does not feel as strong it carried the weight ok and they travel better together- we get less spats afterwards ifthey are int he same crate. It is comfy to carry well as comfy as you can be when carry 8kg of reluctant loudly protesting cats! I put a puppy pad (well actually the Boots own adult human pad because they are cheaper! ) in the base just to give them a bit of cushioning.

Brilliant, we have a medium sized cat (4kg) and he doesn't like going to the vet... He doesn't like getting into most boxes but this one is much easier and saves us lots of hassle and stress. He seems to like having the extra space and definitely appears to be more relaxed at the vets now. The only negative is the clips that hold the top to the bottom could be a little more substantial, but they do work.

My cat hates being in the carrier so this is exactly the space I needed for him however the carrier feels really flimsy and I worry the clips will pop open. The doors in the top don’t stay closed when you’re carrying the pet and for a cat he can fit through so I had to tape them down. I used the carrier for the second time today and the handle came off so I dropped it with the cat inside. If this is suitable for dogs this just won’t hold their weight.

Really pleased with this purchase. Bargain at the price. Sturdy, easy to ensemble and any cat would feel like it's in the Rolls Royce of cat carrier's for all the comfort & space ( and my cat is larger than average). Definitely recommend to cat & small dog owners.

Carrier appeared good at first so we didn't return it before the cut off.On the second time we used it (not going away often this year!) the handle snapped off. We use it for 2 cats, so we'll within the maximum weight restriction. The carrier is too large to carry without the handle so it is now completely useless.
