My physiotherapist thinks it is a good product. For me it is also value for money.

Provides good support to my shoulder muscle injury during my games. Also, support works for 2-3 days depending on how much the muscle is used or movements. Value for money.Just to mention one thing that while removing this tape, the adhesive actually is very sticky and sometimes painful to get it off the skin. I do rub oil on the tape but still hurting.

Precut kinesio tapes save a lot of time in my clinic. These are ready to use " I " Strips. Glue is very good. This tape so very helpful to soothe aching muscles or support injured muscles. The glue is of good quality and does not come of easily n supports the aching point.

This item was manufactured in October 2022. Why is Amazon selling such old stuffs. The glue was creating allergy to the skin probably because it was old.

It a good product since it comes pre cut so makes its easy and also it sticks perfectly for workout and heavy use but the only issue is when you remove it, it leave few glue residue of the edges which hard to remove off the body even after bath
