Poor quality of water knob
Poor quality! I bought from October 2024 and broken this week. Plastic made knob was absolutely indurable for use. I am a 3 person household that means use 3 times a day. The knob could not control to open and shut down of water.

Looks hood but leaking from it's head
It looks good but it leaking from it's head and shower eventhough it is it fully closed. So I am kind of regretting buying it..Bnq and wicks has expensive thermostats but at least has guarantee in it

Love the shower very easy to use. Love the fact there is the smaller shower for hair, kids, dogs etc. Would recommend
