Easy to use

wrong size and different materials
Ordered twice but still got the wrong size, need it next week and I have to order the third time. customer service didn't response yet. Also, the outer layers are not the same as you can see on the picture, it's actually more soft and thnner, not sure is it because they changed the materials but feel the layers are not enough to keep the temperature.

Missing parts
I have other products from here, but I’m afraid some of the ice packs were missing, the ones for the top of the foot and heel

The order came incomplete. Gloves and ice packs were missing. Had to request for refund.

Chemo - get these. Just get them. And use them every time all the time. Husband used them well, but sneaked out his fingers to use his phone —— nails on that hand have fallen out. Ok nails are not important but no neuropathy either. Use them.

Arrived on the day it said it would! Superfast, packed well and looks good. Ill be using these for my chemo cycles to help prevent neuropathy.

Kept it nice and cold for 2 hrs! I suggest to buy a 2nd pair of ice packs if you need to ice more than 2 hrs

Sehr hilfreich bei der Chemo, kühlen ¾ Stunde Ein bisschen kompliziert beim Anziehen. Die kleinen blauen Kühlkissen, die man in Apotheken und bei Amazon bestellen kann, passen auch sehr gut.
